Shipping policy

Once your order is placed with us and your payment is cleared, we shall process your order.

In most cases your order should be dispatched within 10 working days; however there are occasions when an ordered item is not in our inventory. In these instances the item needs to be manufactured and it will therefore take longer to dispatch to the customer.

If you have not received an update or notification from us within 21 days from the date of your order, please contact our Customer Service staff at cs@alexgreg.net quoting your order number; we shall respond within 24 hours.

 

Local Hong Kong Shipping

For local shipping in Hong Kong, we use HK Post EC-Get service, offering our customers the most convenient way of safely receiving their orders.

 

Overseas Shipping

For all overseas destinations, we use insured Air Packet services offered by HK Post, offering the most reliable method of receiving your orders to either home or business addresses.

 

Tracking

In all instances, a tracking reference shall be sent to the customer so they can easily check the progress of the order.
