Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Alex Greg (alexgreg.net). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return any item from the date you received it.

Before sending an item for return, you must contact our sales team to request a returns reference number; sales@alexgreg.net 

 

i) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

ii) Your item must be in the original packaging.

iii) Your item needs to be returned with the receipt issued by us at the time of purchase inside the package you send to us.

iv) You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us.

 

NB: We recommend you use tracked and insured services to ship the item back to us. We will not make any refunds on any returns that may be lost.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your returned item(s) and advise you regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

i) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original payment method used for the purchase.

ii) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment gateway’s  policies.

 

Shipping

Shipping cost is shown at the time of purchase, generally ranging from US$5 - 15 per order; all shipping costs are non refundable.

 

NB: If you receive a refund it will be less the cost of shipping at the time of purchase.

 

Duties & Taxes

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check what if any duties or taxes should be paid when receiving/importing jewellery items from overseas to your country.

Alex Greg shall not be liable for any such charges should they be incurred by the buyer.
